I took an SAT which was not very fun, however afterwards I ate lunch at Macaroni Grill with my family and had a great time. Also one of my recommendation letters came in along with a job offer so altogether I had an okay weekend.
I have a OAP meeting on Thursday where we will discuss the overall design of our play The Ice Wolf. Also this week is a home football game.

A database is an organized collection of information about a subject.
A database management system includes both the database information and the tools to use the database.
All information is stored in tables.

Blog #3:
- some uses for excel are creating a spread sheet for finances, keeping up with business transactions, etc.
-To enter a formula into excel click on the cell of your choice and hit the equals sign on the keyboard, then type in the cell address of the first cell that is apart of the formula and continue to do so until you have created your desired formula. EX: =C9+D15-F4
-To widen a column in excel click on the top part of the column and drag it over until you have reached the desired width.
- To add a color background to an excel worksheet you go to the home screen on excel and click on the "cell styles" then select which theme or color style you want.

1). Research the government shutdown and state your opinion on the event.
-The shutdown occurred because the House and the Senate could not agree on a bill to fund the government. Not the entire government will shutdown, however agencies such as the environmental protection agency and national parks will. Each year Congress is supposed to pick 12 appropriations bills to fund the federal agencies, but since the house and senate are at odds they cannot come to an agreement. If the situation persists for more than two weeks or so, it could be very damaging to the economy.
